History of the orchestras. Some words about Musicality in Tango. a lecture of Viacheslav Ivanov. PRICES: 10 zł From the lecturer: "To say, that Musicality means a lot for me - is to say nothing :)) And for me it's quite difficult to separate these 2 things "Musicality" and "History of Music". I was always interested in the Evolution of music of Tango, the history of it's culture etc. Since 2009 i was the editor of the first russian tango-newspaper, "El Mayak". Also we had a project devoted to making subtitles to "movies about tango" (especially - documentaries). Our goal was (and still is :)) to share information about tango with people who don't speak spanish. Once i have heard a quote which i like a lot: 'Tango isn't just about "to dance" or "to sing", it's also about "to remember"'. So, this time during the lecture we'll try to "remember" the history of orchestras. And how this knowledge can help us to dance better :)) One, two or even five hours - it's not enough to tell about everything. But "a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step"... :))
