Lecture on Lindy Hop and the Savoy Ballroom

The Cottontails dance club in cooperation with a professional swing dancer and choreographer KariSha (Portugal) invites you to a lecture/webinar (presentation & videos) on Lindy Hop history and the legendaric Savoy Ballroom dancing (in English). KariSha is a Lisboa based swing & Blues dancer and choreographer (originally from Belarus/Poland), known to some of Cottontails dancers after Summer Lindy Camp 2022 (blues), Halloween workshop 2022 and Let it snow workshop 2023. ✨Artist presentation: https://youtu.be/7OF-Pb3TYwY?feature=shared The lecture its-self is approx 45-50 min + chat and discussion. And tea/coffee + light snacks. We work to have a 15 min shake-it-off dance break, however it depends on the venue and per now it looks like we will hold it at the Landås Library.
