So you gotta just keep on flowing." ― Bruce Lee We gather this Sunday to LET GO into our fluid bodies and honour the element of Water. Water is life. Flowing in spirals and curves, Water yields and allows, flowing around rocks and obstacles, yet she always flows where she needs to go. We are Water. Through choice and action we can steer the course of our lives. But sometimes our need to control every outcome can get us caught up in an anxious whirlpool, instead of moving forward. We may move in the direction of our choosing, but it may not be the direction in which we need to go. What happens if you stop pushing and let go? What shifts when you quit swimming against the current and trust that life is carrying you exactly where you need to go? Let's explore, play and celebrate in Water together! Nature is our ally, as we connect with the healing power of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Spirit. All are welcome. See you on the grassy dance floor! Much love, River <3 ______________________ 'WATER' ALTAR: You are invited to bring a jar/ container of Water from a source near your home (river, ocean, stream, etc) for a community Water blessing. Collecting the sacred waters together in a vessel, and infusing this with our collective energy and prayers during the dance, we will offer it back to the land at the end as a gift. ______________________ :: RIVER :: River (Helen Pattinson) guides transformative movement journeys to awaken reverence for the Earth and help you reclaim your unapologetic power.
