When we have a strong attachment to an outcome, it can show up in our bodies as tension. This dance is an invitation to drop the control, surrender and open to receive the gifts that are available for you to receive right now". About Kris Hostikka: Kristikka discovered 5Rhythms in Los Angeles in the 90s but it wasn’t until she landed in Austin that this practice took hold of her in a big way. Now, after decades of dancing, she’s stepping into facilitating this sacred practice by training with the ecstatic dance OG O’skar Madera and mentoring with DJ Esme.
