East London's Hottest Salsa club LESSONS: EVERY THURSDAY: LEVEL 1 8.00pm WITH JANET £7 This lesson is aimed at those who know the basic steps and timing of salsa. You will be taught basic partner work, leading and following techniques, basic turns and patterns i.e crossbody, crossbody inside turn, hammerlock We recommend a minimum 6 weeks at this level. 8.00PM - SHINES FOR BOTH LADIES AND MEN CLASS WITH ROBERT CHARLEMAGNE £7 This class is aimed at people with at least 3 months Salsa dance experience. It will boost you confidence on the dance floor to freestyle. You will learn simple to complex footwork (no partner work) 8.45pm - ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS - WITH JANET £7 This class is aimed at those that have never taken a salsa lesson before. Every week this class will practice the basic steps, timing and posture for salsa. LEVEL 2 8.45pm -9.45pm WITH ROBERT & JAN B £7 You will continue to learn the importance of how to follow or lead on the dance floor. You will be taught shines footwork and turn pattern, spin technique preparing you for single to double spins. In this lesson you are expected to have at least. 8 weeks experience and be competent in the above in level 1 LEVEL 3 8.45pm - 9.45pm WITH STEEVO & JESSICA £7 In this lessons the turn-patterns are more challenging.
