Level 3 Musicality Month - August Series

We have something special planned for next month! In August we will create another series of mini-theme classes in level 3. Throughout August, our Level 3 classes will explore how to listen and dance to jazz music. We will explore everything from the general structure of the music to how to imitate and respond to specific instruments and accents. Each week we’ll focus on a different aspect: 🎶 3 August — Phrasing & Structure 🥁 10 August — Groove & Energy 🎺 17 August — Instruments & Layers 💃 24 August — Call & Response The classes aim to build your confidence as dancers and provide you with theoretical and practical tools to be more musical and playful with the music and within your connection. Open to dancers with enough Level 2 experience and above. 📍 Exmouth Market Centre 🕒 Mondays, 9:30-10:30pm ⚠️ Important: We will NOT be filming recap videos for these classes, so we encourage everyone to join in person whenever they can.
