Welcome Back‼️ We are so excited to announce a Second Level to all four of our current Series 🙌🏽 That’s right! For the FIRST TIME EVER, In Lak’ech Dance will be expanding their curriculum and providing a deeper training in Bachata and Salsa On2‼️ These courses will only be available to students who have taken our Level I Series. We invite you to join us for a short 4 week Level-II Training, Aug 23rd - Sept 13th. We will be offering four courses: ▪️Bachata Back-to-Basics Level-2 ▪️Bachata Partnerwork Level 2 ▪️Salsa On2 Beginner Level 2 ▪️Salsa On2 Intermediate Level 2 Check out the course details below. 1 ) Bachata Back-to-Basics - Level II: Now that you have learned about the origins of Bachata, the instruments, rhythms, as well as technique and fundamentals, we continue our journey by diving into the Evolution of Bachata music; where it is currently, and we’ll explore the different kinds of Bachata songs we listen to today. We will also, explore different weight transfers, syncopations, and body movement. Our goal is for our students to end the series feeling motivated and confident to continue their Bachata dance journey, with a deeper understanding and appreciation for the music and culture. 2) Salsa On2 Beginner - Level II: Now that you have been introduced to Salsa history and Musicality as well as technique and fundamentals, we will continue our journey building our Salsa repertoire. The goal is for our students to leave having a solid foundation that will help with their overall Salsa technique, timing and body-movement. 3) Bachata Partnerwork - Level II: [Partner Needed] Take your Bachata dancing to the next level with our Level-2 Bachata Partnerwork Series. This 4-wk Series will focus on building strong and confident Social Dancing skills. We will continue to learn how to let the music lead our dance, by exploring movements to the three different Bachata rhythms, as well as to specific instruments. Students will learn how to Lead & Follow body movements and isolations with your dance partner. We will explore some fun turn patterns, while always mindful of rhythmic changes. 4) Salsa on2 Intermediate - Level II: In this course we will continue working on intricate footwork, drills and technique that will help take your dancing to the next level. We will also be covering fundamentals and technique in Pachanga, Cha-Cha, and Body-Movement. 📣 How do I sign-up? 👀 Full payment must be received by August 21st.
