LifeForce ~ Ecstatic Movement & Communion

LifeForce runs through all of us, yet is unique in each of us. Humans, plants, animals, the elements - each expressing this universal force in its authentic way. Inspired by the long sunny days of late Spring, we can pour forth our vitality, our power, and our essence into our creative expressions - like DANCE!! One particularly powerful expression of LifeForce is that which flows from women-identified people. While we hold all people in our hearts, during this dance we hold special intention to honor the sacred feminine - an expression which isn't enough honored in the world at large. Through inviting women-identified workshop leaders, musicians, DJs, and more, we intent to honor, empower, and deepen all of our connection this sacred to LifeForce energy. Join us for another transformational Lost Valley evening of ceremony, celebration, and community. ______________________________________________________ PLEASE READ: This is a conscious and intentional event that holds space for deep healing, joy, and communion. To hold this sacred container, we request your full presence by arriving before 7PM for our opening circle. Please leave alcohol and other mind-altering substances at home, and bring your natural light. NOTE: Registration will be officially closed at 8 PM. Please don't arrive after this time. Sleeping in our community lodge is included in admission. However, dorm rooms are an additional $20 per adult. We have mattresses but not enough for all so bring padding :) We understand that the potluck dinner is rather late but there is often healthy snacks, and plenty to much on before the dinner. Please eat a hardy lunch, bring healthy snacks for the community to munch on throughout the day and take care of yourself. The dance tends to not go nearly as deep on a full stomach 💃🕺 SUNDAY SCHEDULE: 8:30am - BREAKFAST (helpers welcome) w/ Oatmeal, Fruit, Yogurt, and Coffee....Yum! 10:00am - Restorative Yoga w/ Mikayla Cagle 11:00 pm - Community clean-up party!
