Lift and tricks workshop + Partner work class

Hola Amigos, We are very excited to offer you a one of kind workshop! ONLY 20€ if you register before the day of the workshop. 30€ at the door. The workshop includes our high-quality Saturday partnerwork class! Yes 3 hours! you'll learn: - Safety & Respect - Fundamentals - Awesome lifts, dips & tricks (we have different levels of difficulty) - Partnerwork (all levels, on1 and on2) Most importantly we will have enough variations for everybody! What does this mean: Beginner: If you lack strength in the back, legs, core, arms... we will have easier tricks Pro: wouldn't you like to work on new tricks & lifts. We always have more than enough material! Men: you should be able to do min 20 push ups Women: 1 min plank You can come with your partner or without a partner.
