About this Event
A weekend celebration to stretch into the season, to plant quiet intentions, to laugh, to reconnect, and to feel the subtle shift from inwardness toward growth.
The spring equinox is the moment of balance, when light and dark stand equal, and the earth begins to lean unmistakably toward warmth.
We’ll gather at the edge of that turning, breathing in the damp sweetness of thawing ground, letting the longer light stretch through our bodies as we shake off whatever winter asked us to carry.
A simple spring immersion to awaken the senses, loosen the soil within, and mark this brightening threshold together.
On Saturday we’ll move through an ecstatic dance, a two-hour arc to stir the roots and feel the pulse of something new rising underneath. The kind of dance that starts grounded and grows upward, like sap climbing through a trunk, like the first shoots pressing through earth.
After that, our guest DJs will carry us further into the night; rhythms that unfurl and expand, playful and deep, building and softening in waves. Music that feels like weather shifting, like wind through pine and open fields, like the slow return of warmth to bare skin.
We’ll meet at our refuge near Creemore, among tall pines and wide country skies; a place where the snow has receded, where the ground is waking, where the balance of light can be felt not as stillness, but as invitation.
There will be space to move and rest, to wander the land, to sit quietly with the trees, to share warmth by the fire as evening falls.
Come as you are. Leave a little more alive...

🌱 The Flow 🌱
We welcome you from Saturday through Sunday afternoon ~ this will be a shared and living weekend ~ food will be community-created ~ each person will help with meal prep and kitchen clean-up so the hearth stays warm and the space stays cared for ~
Sunday mornings will include yoga and simple grounding practices to honour the equinox ~ a moment of balance between light and dark ~ stretching toward the sun while staying rooted in the earth ~ reconnecting with the quiet strength inside our bodies as the season turns ~
Our spring clothing swap invites you to refresh your layers ~ to shed what feels heavy or winter-worn ~ and welcome textures and colours that feel bright, breathable, and alive as we move into longer days ~
Saturday night we dance into the balance point of the equinox ~ moving through shadow and light, rhythm and release, grounding and lift ~ an arc of awakening ~ followed by tasty electronic sets from our guest DJs ~ we’ll carry the music until about 3 or 3:30am as the night slowly gives way to spring’s longer dawn ~
Tenting is possible ~ this time it’s brave-spring territory ~ the ground may still be cool but the air is softening ~ most people will likely sleep in the collective loft crash pad upstairs ~ it’s cozy and communal ~ please note the house will stay lively and musical until around 2 or 3am ~
Sunday brings gentle yoga, a sound bath with Masha and friends, shared meals, woodland wanders as the land wakes up, music jams, storytelling, and an early-evening settling back into stillness ~
Food is community-created ~ bring a dish for Saturday’s potluck and enough food to share and nourish yourself throughout your stay ~ all participants will help with meal prep and kitchen clean-up ~ this is part of the rhythm of gathering ~
Come ready to move, to breathe deeper, to feel the light returning through your bones ~ and to mark this turning together ~
🌱 Accommodation 🌱
Many people will stay in the house’s collective crash-pad areas, where the warmth gathers and the energy of the group naturally settles. The expansive 900 sq ft loft can comfortably host around 20 people in a cozy, communal style, with 10 beds, soft plounge areas, and plenty of room to stretch out after long nights of dancing and laughter.
Camping is also available for the hardy winter spirits ~ if you bring a good tent, a warm sleeping bag, a pillow, and lots of layers, you can slip into the quiet of the night outside. The fire and sauna will be going, and there’s something special about stepping out of the warmth into the stillness of the solstice sky before drifting into sleep.
