Lindy Hop classes with Ollie & Helen Come and learn the world-famous Lindy Hop in a fun & friendly environment - drop in any week, no partner necessary! Tuesdays St Francis Centre - Assisi Room St Francis Road, Bedminster, Bristol, BS3 2AN Beginners class: 7pm Improvers class: 8pm Doors: 10 minutes beforehand £8 (£6 student) Our Beginners classes will teach the basic fundamentals and are suitable for everyone, even if you've never danced a step! Each week we'll teach different moves and we'll always begin with the basic fundamental skills needed for that class, so absolute beginners can start any week. Improvers classes are for those who have been taking Beginners classes for a while and are ready to build on their basic skills, as well as for more experienced dancers who want to practise and refine their fundamentals. We encourage dancers to continue to work on their foundation skills when they move to the next level, and so Improvers can take both classes for £12 (£9 student). No need to book - pay contactless or cash on the door. Anyone can learn whichever lead/follow role they choose, but we suggest that you focus on one role to begin with. You can then explore the other role once you've mastered the basics 🙂 We'd love to see you!
