Lindy Hop Taster Classes - EXPRESSION

HELLOW :D I recently graduated from a full-time dance school here in Aarhus, and on that occasion will be hosting free Lindy Hop taster classes in May. The classes will combine Lindy Hop with more performative and expressive elements that I was taught in, at the school. --- TIME AND LOCATION: Classes run every Sunday during Lindy Lab hours. I've booked extra rooms on the Sundays where there’s no Lab scheduled. You can drop in and out as you like. - The FRIST SESSION is: Sunday, May 3rd, 16:00-18:00 Kulturkapellet - Kapelscenen Elisabeth Houes Gade 3, Aarhus - The SECOND SESSION is: Sunday, May 10th, 16:00-18:00 STUB02 - Brobjergskolen Entrance G1 Valdemarsgade 1, 8000 Aarhus - The THIRD SESSION is: Sunday, May 17th, 16:00-18:00 Folkestedet Carl Blochs Gade 28, Aarhus - The FORTH SESSION is: Sunday, May 24th, 16:00-18:00 STUB04 - Brobjergskolen Entrance G1 [FOLLOWING SESSION LOCATIONS, WILL BE POSTED HERE] --- INTENTION: After the course, there’ll be a party on June 6th at Institut for X, hosted by some of my former teachers from my dance school - I have chosen to consider their party a wrap-up event for these tasters; a night where people may take what they’ve explored in class onto the dance floor. I welcome all to join and contribute in adapting the course. Priority is to make it related to Lindy Hop as a street dancestyle, and suited for the Lindy Hoppers already in town. All classes should also be considered Lindy Labs, meaning that everyone should be allowed to have their own space to practice their own stuff too.
