Lindy Technique & Teacher Training Workshop 1 (Feb 8 & 9)

What to learn? What to teach? This is you opportunity to start working on a certificate of completion in Lindy technique. In an effort to show respect for the dance and the people who created it come and experience a new series that teaches dance steps, amalgamations, combinations and dance routines steeped in authentic Swing Era vocabulary and teaching tips to take back to your classroom, studio or community. CTLEs available The entrance to Theatre Row Studios isat 411 W. 41st St between 9th and 10th Avenues. You will need to ring the buzzer to get in. Tell the person to responds that you are there for the Lindy Workshop to get in. Theatre Row Studios are located below grade with no dedicated elevator access and limited public facilities. No Food or Drink, other than water, permitted in the studio. Workshop 1 Schedule Saturday 11am to 1 pm - instruction 1pm to 2pm lunch break 2-5pm - instruction Sunday 1-4pm - instruction 4-6pm - FREE Beginner dance class and practice session (open to the public) Use discount code FEBRUARY8&9 to save $25.
