Lindy Tuesday

Lindy Tuesdays -illoissa soi swing kesätiistaisin klo 17-20 (paitsi 21.7. klo 18.30-21.30) Oopperan amfilla. Tapahtumassa pääsee tanssimaan lindy hoppia, balboaa, collegiate shagia ja jazz rootsia! Luvassa on bändejä ja joinakin erikseen ilmoitettuina alkuiltoina Cometsin valmentajat tarjoavat noin 30 minuuttia kestäviä ilmaisia pika-alkeita eri tanssilajeissa. Kaikki ovat erittäin tervetulleita kokeilemaan - tarvitaan vain iloinen mieli! Tanssitapahtumat ovat avoimia ja ilmaisia kaikille. Jos sää on erittäin huono, tansseja ei järjestetä. --- Dance Club Comets hosts the traditional swing dances with the event Lindy in the Park every summer Tuesday. Swinging music suitable for lindy hop, balboa, collegiate shag and jazz roots will be played at Amphi of Helsinki Opera from 5 to 8 pm (except 21.7. from 6:30 to 9:30 pm). Some evenings will have live bands or start with short tasters (beginners’ courses of about 30 min) in the above-mentioned dances offered by Comets’ teachers. These tasters are free of charge. Newbies are most welcome to come and dance with us! Smiling attitude is all you need! Comets in the Park events are free for everyone.
