Liquid Dance is a somatic gathering by the sea where movement, water and community meet. During these days we explore conscious movement both in water and on land through practices such as Somatic Water Dance, Aguahara, Water Contact Improvisation, Fusion Dance in water, breath awareness, music and movement in nature. This gathering welcomes both experienced practitioners and people who are simply curious to explore something new. Liquid Dance is not about performance or perfection.
