Join Hugo Miguez & Stephen White from 2-3:30 EST on Sunday the 11th for the first ever L.I.T. Leaders intensive! In this series, "Playing with Fire", we will dive into the rules of communication. Understanding how to style without interrupting the connection. Then, exploring the best times to communicate an extension or acceleration and more importantly how to give your follow the perfect amount of "space" to encourage a jam! 🙌🏻 We will be incorporating (L)eading Hacks, (I)ntention and (T)echnique in your basics to elevate your dancing and take it to the next level.☝🏻📈 We will warm up, use drills and put elements together to create variations that will help bring out your confidence- or learn to fake it! 😂 We ask that all attendees be comfortable with their basics; this will not be a beginner class. 🎥The intensive will be streamed live through Mind Body Online - 🚨 It will also be available to view until 9/21 if you are not able to attend live. 📩You will be emailed a link to join the live stream 30 minutes prior to the beginning of class.
