Little Lindy 8: Agnes & Tomasz

In the 8th installment of Little Lindy, the wonderful Agnes Hjelm from Uppsala will be joining Tomasz for another weekend workshop. This is a 6 hour workshop aimed at more advanced dancers. There is no level test, but we expect fluency in foundational structures eight count figures such as the swing out, and promenade, as well as six count figures such as passes, tuck turn, and sugar push. We also expect that you already engage with the dance improvisationally. Registration will open this Tuesday, along with publication of workshop schedule About Agnes: Agnes has been dancing Lindy Hop for 8 years. Her early dancing focused primarily on social dance, which has made her an extremely skilled and adaptive follower. In recent years, she has also started competition training, which quickly reaped results as she has recently made finals at international events such as Dragon Swing, LHTA, and Swingin’ Spring. As a teacher Agnes has a good eye for technical details, and she puts focus on getting students to relax and use their whole bodies to dance. Agnes is heavily addicted to a nice, stretchy connection.
