They uniquely capture the sound of the late 1930s and early 1940s, at the birth of the swing era and the lindy hop craze. The band features a roster of jazz masters with a passion for historical authenticity, powered by a true sense of rhythm and drive. The band features a blend of vintage arrangements and spontaneous creativity. Experience the legacy of the great Harlem Savoy Ballroom with us! —————- Reminders: -We only allow class series drop-ins on the 1st and 2nd weeks of the month. -We are offering an open practice space from 8:20-9:20pm in the Rainbow Room -The Newcomer Taster class is not offered in the first week of the month. -Masks will be optional except for classes where teachers prefer to keep them on. Masks are optional during the dance. WNH will continue to provide masks and hand sanitizer.
