London Fusion Workshop w Alain & Flouer

Schedule: 14-16:00 Class one 16-17:00 Break with dancing 17- 19:00 Class two Afterparty: After the workshop we either carry on dancing for a little bit or go to the local Persian restaurant which is guaranteed to be delicious. --------------------- Class 1 Description: ---> All the Dancing: In 4 Parts Ever feel a little confused at how to approach fusion dancing, or not know what skills to work on to get better? Or maybe you’re a Fusion Veteran who wants to be able to connect and dance well with that one person on the floor you just can’t figure out what they are doing? Let’s explode the traditional partner dancing genre boxes (Tango, WCS, Zouk, etc), and take a bigger look at what kind of skills each way of dancing can offer us. This is guaranteed to be a lot of fun exploratory dancing in very different ways, give you a sound background in structure & dance theory, and help you identify where you might want to take your own dancing next. Class 2 Description: ---> Play! (And Stay Connected) Want to express yourself with shiny awesome moves, but also stay super connected to your partner? Maybe you are someone who already loves to improvise as your expressive beautiful self, but you sense there is a way to feel more connected to your partner while you do it. Or maybe you have trouble breaking free and want to learn how to work within the partnership & do “cool stuff”. Or you’re somewhere in between and want to step up your play to the next level!
