LONDON'S BEST SOCIAL DANCER

Ok, here it is! Something just for fun, and, IT IS NOT A COMPETITION! Back in the days, we used to have a Jack & Jill competition (In some countries it's called Mario & Maria) where people just used to take part for fun and evaluate their social dancing skills. On 2nd September, we are going to try this in Bar Salsa. It is open to everyone who wants to have fun and win some prizes in the process! The way it works: All the guys' names are in one hat and all girls' names in another. We randomly pick up a guy's' name and pair them up with a random girl's name. You could be paired up with someone you know or you don't (it is a random pick from the hat). Then that couple will dance to a song (mid-tempo) for 2 minutes. We then ask the crowd (the judges) to select 5 to 10 couples who again will randomly be paired like the 1st process. We play another song and select 3 winners. * Open to intermediates and advanced salsa dancers only * No dance costumes are allowed * No lifts and tricks * You are judged as a couple, not individually NO RULES, JUST SOCIAL DANCING!
