Los Higos Tango Marathon!

Dear tango friends! Let us introduce you, “Los Higos” Tango Marathon, 3nd Edition. It’s a completely fresh proposal in the town of Kalamata, at a place with traditional architecture, very close to the sea, magnificent view and so much energy by itself. Bring your energy too and lets’ make this marathon unforgettable one more time!!!A marathon with holiday mood, that will challenge your senses! Dj set of the Marathon: • Μauro Berardi (Rome,Italy) • Stefano Lopes (Palermo, Italy) • UtkuKuley (Istanbul, Turkey) • Georgia Ferfeli (Athens, Greece) • Georgia Priskou (Athens, Greece) • Alper Akgül (Istanbul, Turkey) GENERAL INFORMATION: • 180 participants with gender balance • Close embrace and Cabeceo • 200 square meters of marvelous wooden floor • Classical tango music with great DJs • 40 hours of music • Unlimited water, coffee, tea, biscuits, salty and sweet snacks, season fruits during the day and night of the event • Hot Soup at night milongas • Warm up pre-marathon milonga on Thursday at Kalamata city • After party on Sunday at the Venue DETAILS FOR THE PRICE: 1st option - Full Milonga pass with the cost of 100 euros includes: 5 Milongas (2 night and 3 afternoon milongas) 2nd option - Full Milongas pass plus meals, with the cost of 135 euros includes: 5 Milongas (2 night and 3 afternoon milongas) 2 brunches (Saturday – Sunday) 2 dinners (Friday – Saturday) ACCOMODATION: The organizing team of ”Los Higos” tango marathon, has already made a selection of apartments ,around the venue in a very small distance(3 to 15 minutes walking) . Inside all the apartments there will be: coffee machine, toaster, hair dryer, iron, towels, hair shampoo, shower gel At the registration procedure, you can make a reservation for apartment from 2 to 4 persons,. Prices per person (for 3 nights): One single bed in one apartment for two persons – 90 euros One single bed in one apartment for three persons – 75 euros One single bed in one apartment for four persons – 64 euros If you need more or less days you must contact with Tsigou Giota by email: [email protected]. Extra benefits, if you register in the Full Milongas Pass plus accommodation: • Shuttle bus that will take you to the Venue and back (see the bus stations at the map) • Transportation from the airport of Kalamata (KLX) on Friday to your apartment ( 2-3 routes during the day, it will depend on the arrivals of the participants) . SHUTTLE BUS FROM ATHENS AIRPORT EL.VENIZELOS: For those who are interested in moving from the EL.VENIZELOS (airport of Athens) to their apartment in Kalamata there will be a shuttle bus on Friday which will cost 35 euros(per person). For your return to the airport on Monday there will be a bus that will cost an extra 35 euros(per person). There will be 2 routes during the day that will adjust according to your arrival and departure times. Please let us know in advance of your flight times as soon as possible. (Book your seat because are limited) . Another option of TRANSFER from ''EL.VENIZELOS'' (ATH) for KALAMATA : Take from the airport the bus no X93 ( every 30 minutes), to Central bus station KIFISOS and from there ,there is bus directly to Kalamata. INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTRATION: The registration starts on Friday 14 of February.
