As the darkness approaches, nights become longer and we approach the ancient Celtic Sabbath of Samhain – the times our ancestors celebrated the end of the harvest and honoured the dead – we gather in the warm embers and embrace of community to connect with our love and our losses… 🔶🔹With the often daily confrontation of the destruction and loss happening on our planet, how do we process this information and come out of numbness and/or overwhelm, and into inspired action? What if our bodies and their capacity for deep sensing, and feeling, hold a key?
