The Flying Sage and Zen Den are excited to be collaborating to bring you our next Lumio of 2026. Dive into a Conscious Dance experience like no other, where freedom, presence and embodiment take center stage. This is a dance designed to facilitate your full expression. A great alcohol-free alternative to a night out, we’ve crafted this special event to be like a mini-festival in one evening! The event starts with a grounding breathwork ceremony for those that would like to attend earlier. After this, we transition to two ecstatic dance sets followed by a soothing and relaxing sound bath to end the night. In the heart of this experience lies a simple but profound ethos: Freedom.
