🌕 Lunar Eclipse Cacao & Ecstatic Dance 🌕 FULL MOON CELEBRATION Novembers Full Moon in Taurus is going to be an extra special one. It’s both a total lunar eclipse and the final eclipse of the year. It tend to be a wild one with lots of emotions & revelations. A lunar eclipse is a lot like a full moon, except it's about a thousand times more intense. Working with this moon energy, we are offering a space to tune in, connect, release, move and let go. An opportunity to be in the fullness of your life and appreciate all you've accomplished and where you're headed next. Held by the medicine of Mama Cacao (sourced by Seleno Health) we will begin with grounding into the space, cultivating intention and tuning in to what we are ready to let go of and release. Transitioning into free expression of dance with music played by DJ Anirvan Deva. Channeling the full moon energy into movement. Shaking of all that needs to be released in a gentle or more expressive way. Closing in a gentle meditation to bring us back into the space with final sharing and gratitude. This is a collaboration between Anirvan Deva & Marissa Anirvan Deva's ecstatic dance sets are something designed for the body, mind and spirit. A wave dance that starts slow, builds up progressively, reaches an ecstatic peak, finishes slowing down. It's a sensorial experience, it's about freeing yourself from the "chat of the mind" and be able to express yourself in a safe and connected space through sound & dance.
