We have been in consultation with the White Rabbit - the herald of Queen of Hearts - and apparently the Queens Court had been in discussions with the Mad Hatter to delay his Tea Party due to stormy weather on Friday / Saturday The new dates chosen are Sunday / Monday (Memorial Day) as these days bring us into a daze under a sun so bright it fills all with delight - the Queen wants her roses to shine in the sunlight - so she had been seen arguing with the Mad Hatter who insists every moment is Tea Time regardless of weather! OH WELL! ITS ALL SWELL! 🚨UPDATE ON ALICE: ALICE IS LATE FOR THIS VERY IMPORTANT DATE! Due to weather the father of Alice and her sister delayed their picnic to Sunday - just in time for her to fall down the rabbit hole! AND NOW... Y’all are welcome down the rabbit hole for a very special night of Improv / Dress-Up Cosplay, Tea Party and dance! We create a Wonderland for you to unleash and whirl, dust off your dancing shoes, or just buff ya feet, and dress up as your favorite Alice in Wonderland character for a tea party like you have never ever been to. Meet in an idyllic forest, by the river brook, surrounded by outdoor beauty at the grounds of the newly refurbished and rustic CENTRAL JERSEY SPIRITUAL SANCTUARY (CJSS) at 105 Bedens Brook Road, in historic Skillman New Jersey - see Instagram @cnjspiritualsanctuary Naked Feet Events & Ecstatic Dance Jersey bring the mindful compassionate ecstatic dance community together for an evening of electronic world music, plus improvised organic multi-dimensional sounds fusing performance art with an interactive dance experience with a LOUD and FREAKY vibe! Participants gather for a transformative, electronic dance music journey with intention. Guided and then Free-form conscious dance without specific steps, using musical trance rhythm towards meditation, mindful stress reduction, emotional release, and joy. SERENITY ENTITY - aka Alice - facilitates the Magical Tea Party: An improvisational immersive experience in which we will activate the spirit of play and explore our wonderland archetype of choice. We find the opening of the rabbit hole through various improvisational and theatrical drills. Throughout the experience, we find ourselves deep within Wonderland sharing a cup of mushroom tea (non psychoactive). SHAKTI MAMA - aka The Mad Hatter - takes us down the rabbit hole of experimental sound and chaos winding through a soundscape of world and crossover music with an infusion of psychedelic, last century, remix top-40, classical, modern classical & EDM mix, multi-cultural tribal, and she is known to infuse the space with her unique improv vocals while creating sacred dance journeys to offer a sonic space for healing, free-form and authentic expression. All Ecstatic Dance Jersey gatherings conclude with authentic relating within a Brave Space Sharing Circle - a safe container held by Adnan Shamsi - aka the Smoking Rainbow Unicorn Caterpillar - with Joy Okoye, and Serenity Entity. And THIS is What Love Looks Like. The evening then transforms into a MAGICAL COMMUNAL MUSIC CEREMONY with KRIS KULICK! and a midnight SOUND BATH with RUCHI JAIN! The evening includes FIRE-SPINNING, a raucous Laugh-In (optional gummies provided), and a BEDTIME STORY all around the Rock-Seat CAMPFIRE… The next morning's rising sun brings an early morning meditation, a cold immersion into the 50 degree iced swimming pool, and a communal breakfast (vegan-optional) SOME TIPS for your trip: *BRING A BLANKET!!
