Event: Community Day at Mama's White Lotus Date: Sunday, October 27th, 2024 Join us for a special day of connection, inspiration, and celebration of Life! This day is dedicated to Mother Earth, Mama, the heart of our family and the beautiful tribes of light here in Iceland. Mama Will offer a Special Meal only available on this day along with Special Prices. This is a family friendly day, all ages are welcome ! Join us for the whole day or choose any event of your liking. The Holy Day: Opening Cacao Ceremony (10:00-10:30 AM) Start the day by gathering in the White Lotus, creating cacao together on a beautiful altar. The cacao will remain on the altar throughout the day, offering visitors and community members the chance to pray and place cedar prayers. Drum Circle & Sacred Chants (11:00-12:30 PM) Adi ÆvinTýri And Molicka, open the space with cacao, activating rhythm and voice in a drum circle, sharing chants that uplift the community spirit and invoke the heart of Mother Earth. Let the beats carry our intentions and bring harmony to all. Bring your own drum or borrow one from us! Free Your Voice Session (1:00-2:30 PM) Victor Jacob creates a sacred space for us to feel safe and free to explore our voice. Allow yourself to be heard, feel liberated, and deepen your connection with those around you. Khmer Dance Class (3:00-4:00 PM) A short introduction to a Cambodian Dance, with Molicka. Learn a fun popular traditional folk dance called Robam Kuos Angrae, translates to the bamboo stick dance. Yoga Class (4:15-5:15) A gentle yet invigorating class to stretch, breathe, and align body, mind, and spirit. Suitable for all levels. Breathwork Class (5:30-6:30 PM) A dear friend to Mama Kristján Ársæll will lead us into a breathwork journey. Discover the power of breath to connect within and with each other. Blessing Cacao Ceremony (7:00-8:30 PM) Gather around the Central Alter to drink the Love Potion of Cacao to awaken our hearts and deepen trust between us as human beings. Awakening unconditional love, divine love, universal love and celebrating life together. Ecstatic Dance with DJ Leon Kemp (8:30-9:30 PM) Move freely and celebrate the evening with a DJ set from our beloved brother Leon Kemp. Let the beats take you on a journey of joy and self-expression!
