Mambo Revolution is coming to Oslo! A concept by Arcadia and Konstantin. Nordic Mambo project by Alexistyle and Konstantin is starting up again, by bringing this great concept all the way from Sweden to Norway. Mambo revolution is a monthly mambo social in Stockholm that combines dancing and live music. Finally we are bringing it to Oslo. It's the number one place for Mambo dancers. A mambo and salsa social club that is all about good music. - Live percussion - DJ Battles - Shows - Great social dancing 19:00 – Several Drop-in classes with different teachers (coming soon) 21:00 – Party A night for Mambo and salsa lovers! There will be several dj's and an open jam corner for musicians. All dancers from Mambo or salsa on2 should feel welcome, and feel safe to come and test their latest moves. They have been working together since 2013, and are known for their cool, unique style, teaching methods and shows. They are internationally recognised as some of the best Mambo dancers in Europe. Arcadia has roots in Chile and Konstantin in Russia and together they are working to keep the mambo and salsa alive in the North. Their experience includes many years of training in different styles such as jazz, street, modern, hiphop, reggaeton, classical and many more. They blend their many years of dance background together with latin styles such as mambo, cha-cha-cha and salsa among others. Their vision is to make great shows with focus on musical interpretation, elegance and expression, striving to always deliver a great experience for the audience. Alexistyle (A-custica) Alexistyle, a nickname given by Albert Torres and a concept created by artist Alexis Ruiz. Alexis is known worldwide for his unique dance style and extremely good musicality skills. He's a master in Latin dance, and also a well known choreographer, instructor, musician and percussionist. Alexis Ruiz has an extensive background in latin music, latin dance and sound. His artistic mind expands over 25 years, and he has made a big name for himself internationally. Started teaching salsa/mambo and and a diverse variety of latin dances and latin percussion since the age of 12, he extended his knowledge by taking a bachelor degree in sound engineering. In his creative world, he has many projects like Allure Dance company, his solo dance projects, films and tv sound productions, and with his dance partner Katrin Lerner. He composes and produces his own music which is available in many digital platforms, plays Deejay and blends his projects with other types of genres. His artistic evolution will never stop to amaze you.
