The 4th edition MANANA LJUBLJANA ("cordiality in Ljubljana") brings you AMAZING ARTISTS to bring your Cuban dancing to the next level: - NIKOLA MEDIĆ and ANJA ILIĆ, the world champions in Rueda de Casino, parents of the Havana Belgrado dance school and the famous Havana en Belgrado festival, always our idols when it came to having an individual and authentic dance style, emotional interpretation, philosophy, and wisdom - IVAN and IVANA JOVANOVIĆ, the region's rising Cuban dance stars, bringing top-of-the-line Casino-with-spices, mixed with proper Montenegrin humour, and being just the most wonderful people you can know - NEMANJA LAZOVIĆ, the jaw-dropping, crazy, unique, eclectic reggaetonero mayor, party MC, and the humblest and warmest person in the world - DJ LEO D'CUBA, the person guilty of making your feet bleed, as he keeps you on the dance floor...forever. The purpose of the festival is to take your Casino (cuban salsa) dancing to the next level of style, by giving you ideas you can immediately use on the dancefloor. Our workshops will be focused on enhancing Casino with other Afrocuban dances, and bringing SABOR and MANANA to your dance. We are special because we give you no choice in workshops :) Each day is completely dedicated to ONE INSTRUCTOR COUPLE, a concept loved at our first three festivals. By connecting with the same couple through the day, you can really understand their dance philosophy, style, and attitude, which we feel is most beneficial for your progress. The festival takes place in the beautiful congress centre of the Austria Trend Hotel in Ljubljana, where you can also rent single or double rooms at very attractive prices.
