Manawa’s 1st Birthday Celebration One year of dancing from the heart We’re turning one, and you’re invited to celebrate with us. After a full year of movement, magic, and community at the Button Factory, it's time to gather for a special evening of connection, reflection, and celebration at our New Venue The Dust Palace! This birthday party is a moment to honour how far we’ve come — and everything we’ve built together through rhythm, energy, and love. It’s a space to dance, connect, and feel deeply nourished. Here’s what to expect on the night: Breath work & Yoga (45mins) A gentle invitation to arrive fully into your body and into the space. Ecstatic Dance with DJ Blase (2-hour set) DJ Blase brings a powerful blend of tribal rhythms, earthy basslines, and soul-stirring melodies. His two-hour set will guide you through waves of movement, release, and joy — perfect for a birthday celebration. Sound Healing to Integrate the Journey (20 mins) A soothing closing to help you rest, reflect, and settle the energy stirred by the dance. Warm Kai & Chai (included) Enjoy delicious food and grounding chai as we share stories, hugs, and the warmth of community. Live Music to sing along Enjoy the warmth of the community by singing along to a heart warming songs.
