The right way to look and act, the right things we need to buy, the right amount of space to take up. How can we liberate ourselves and each other from convention, capitalism, and comparison, and step towards our wild, attuned, ecosexual nature?” Join us for a men's only ecstatic dance, where we'll have a chance to get primal, get real, get spirit-y, get connected, and get down! As always, in keeping with the ecstatic vibe, it'll be a choose your own adventure scenario, but we will provide some structural pieces to allow for the whole range of masculine energies to show up: from a slower, contact improv-y area with mats (The Muddle Puddle) to a faster, more rough and tumble area (The Mesh Pit). This is a container for anyone who identifies as a man. Queer and trans friendly. Warm Up/Doors Open - 6:30 Opening Circle - 7:05 Dance from @ 7:15 - 9ish. Closing Circle after Dance. Sliding Scale: $15 - $25 This month's DJ: Bon3 Dust Bring drums or other percussive elements! We'll have an organic breakdown mid-set where we drop out the amplified sound and get our groove on the old fashioned way.
