Join us for a men's only ecstatic dance, where we'll have a chance to get primal, get real, get spirit-y, get connected, and get down! As always, in keeping with the ecstatic vibe, it'll be a choose your own adventure scenario, but we will provide some structural pieces to allow for the whole range of masculine energies to show up: from a slower, contact improv-y area with mats (The Muddle Puddle) to a faster, more rough and tumble area (The Mesh Pit). This is a container for anyone who identifies as a man. Queer and trans friendly. Warm Up/Doors Open - 6:30 Opening Circle - 7:05 Dance from @ 7:15 - 9ish. Closing Circle after Dance. Sliding Scale: $12 - $20 This month's DJ: Subaqueous Bring drums or other percussive elements! We'll have an organic breakdown mid-set where we drop out the amplified sound and get our groove on the old fashioned way.
