Whether you're looking to refine your individual technique, improve your body awareness, or gain greater clarity in your dancing, these sessions will provide practical tools you can immediately apply on the dance floor. 📅 Saturday 11 July Followers' Technique 🕐 13:00–15:00 🎟 £25 👥 Maximum 10 participants A focused session dedicated to balance, posture, pivots, dissociation, elegance, and efficiency of movement. Suitable for followers who want to strengthen their foundations and improve the quality of their dancing. 📅 Sunday 12 July Body Consciousness 🕞 15:30–16:45 🎟 £17 👥 Maximum 10 participants Develop a greater understanding of how your body moves, connects, and organises itself. Drawing from Manuela's extensive background in dance and Pilates, this workshop will help improve awareness, coordination, balance, and movement quality. Special Tango Workshop 🕔 17:00–18:30 🎟 £20 👥 5 leaders & 5 followers A partner-work workshop exploring communication, technique, and practical tango concepts that will help you dance with greater clarity, precision, and confidence. 📍 Silvia Tango Hub 337 City Road, EC1V 1LJ 2nd Floor 💃 Private Lessons Available Manuela will also be available for private lessons throughout the weekend. Throughout her career, she has worked as a dancer, choreographer, and performer before discovering Argentine Tango in 2011. In 2014, she became UK Tango Champion and has since performed and taught internationally. She currently lives in Buenos Aires, where she teaches Argentine Tango, classical dance, and Pilates. Places are limited, so early booking is recommended.
