MYD is based on theory, debates, exercises, fun, good energy and focused practice. I will share with you my dance story I have been writing for more than 5 years, the exciting experience, knowledge and the key points of the kizomba world. THE PROGRAM OF MYD : JANUARY : We will approach on a very very deep level the essential basic details required in the kizomba dance. You will be able to understand the true meaning of dance, the importance of the posture, how to develop and work on your balance and how to draw your dance. We will also do our best to get the answers to some extremely important questions: what is the connection with the ground, how can I understand it and be connected to the vibration of the groud during the dance? FEBRUARY : This module is focused on key elements and actions like how to MOVE, BREATHE, SYNCHRONIZE, FEEL and CONNECT our body with our dance partner in connection with the vibration of the groud. Breathe and feel your movements, your dance and your music, being one with your dance partner. For guys, I want you to think and say "I will make her dance!".. for ladies, "I really want to dance with you"��� MARCH : We will advance in our dance by studying musicality, interpretation of the dance, we will get in contact with our unique creativity and express ourselves in a free, fun and exciting way. In this final step of MYD we will also understand how to synchronize the vibration of the ground to our own mind.
