Masters Workshop @ Michigan Classic 2026 "From Basic to Wow (Part 3)!"🤩 Instructor: Adela Su Date: Sunday, May 31st Time: 9-10 am ET Place: Metro (Main) Ballroom, 3rd Floor Minimum Skills Needed: Solid Basics (pushes, passes, whips) All Star/Masters dancer, competitor and instructor Adela Su returns to Michigan Classic 2026 to teach another Masters Workshop! Join her and other Masters dancers to work on making your basics more advanced, more interesting and more noticeable for those who compete. We’ll take your West Coast Swing from basic to wow to instantly elevate your dancing and partnerships! She (and hubby Eddie K, Advanced/Masters) offers private lessons, group classes and hosts the occasional dance. At The Open Swing Dance Championships in 2022, Adela and Eddie were the recipients of the first Masters Community Inspiration Award. Adela is also a GPDIA certified dance instructor, judge, sponsor, long-time volunteer (including past-President/Board of Director) with the Charlottesville Swing Dance Society (CSDS), and volunteer (Ombudsman Committee/Chair, Events Committee, Hall of Fame Committee) with the World Swing Dance Council (WSDC). Adela studies with the top professionals to improve her own dancing and for teacher training, and enjoys sharing her knowledge and experiences with others.
