The pace is slower...like a steady burning flame, inviting us to drop deeper into presence with every delicious movement. Note: The music is not strictly downtempo... it is downtempo-esque. In addition to being an Ecstatic Dance DJ, Chelsea is a Dancing Freedom Facilitator, yoga teacher, and energy and body worker.
