May's 4 Week Kizomba Course

Every Wednesday at Ha Yoga! Antonio Medina and Heather Duncan are teaching Kizomba using the teaching method of AfroLatin Connection based in Portugal. AfroLatin Connection is one of the only Kizomba schools in the world and they've mastered how to teach Kizomba to students so they can truly start dancing Kizomba better and faster. This month of May we are going to focus on circles. Kizomba is a circular dance and the circles are what make it flow so smoothly. We hav 3 choices / ways to pay for class now. -Pay upfront for the full 4 weeks of class $40 (only $10/each week for a 2 hour class) -Pay for a punch card and use whenever Tony and Heather are teaching at Ha Yoga. 8 class card $96 (only $12 per 2-hour class) -Pay drop in anytime $15 There are 5 Wednesdays in May so, for the last Wednesday we'll have something seperate / special for you! Our classes don't repeat and they are progressive. Our first session in March focused on proper body posture, lead/follow technicques and techniques to change direction in Kizomba dancing. Last month in April we learned "square" foot work or how to change directions in the 4 directions. This month is circles. Next month is a surprise :)
