Melbourne Social Tango - Annual General Meeting

All Melbourne Social Tango financial members are invited to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012, notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of Melbourne Social Tango (Melbourne Practica Group Inc T/as) will be held at 2.30 pm Sun 3 Aug 2025, at Mark St Hall, 1 Mark St, Fitzroy North. This is a chance to come together as a community and take part in shaping the year ahead. At the AGM, we will: - Elect the committee that will lead MST through 2025–26 - Reflect on our progress and purpose - Share ideas and aspirations for the future of MST We encourage all members to attend, ask questions, and participate in the direction of our association. If you’re passionate about tango and community, consider nominating yourself for a committee role! New voices and fresh perspectives are always welcome. Committee nominations Nominations for MST Committee roles are open and must be submitted by COB Friday 1 August 2025. Proxy voting If you’re unable to attend, you may appoint another member to vote on your behalf. Proxy authorisations must be in writing, signed, and emailed to MST Secretary Noune Harutyunyan at [email protected] by COB Friday 1 August 2025.
