Zsusza:
The first time Zsuzsa stepped on her mat, she felt a sense of calm and connection that kept her coming back. Her mat has become a sanctuary - a place to reconnect with her breath, explore the depths of her mind and body, and embrace growth on this ever-evolving journey of life. She completed her 200 YTT through InnerSea Yoga Academy, in Uvita, Costa Rica, and sharing this practice with those around her has become her joy.
To Zsuzsa, yoga is a way to realign with the vibrations of the world around us, a reminder of the gift of feeling, and an invitation to slow down and be present.
As a current senior at UMass, she understands the feeling of overwhelm and she is excited to flow with you, offering a space to reconnect and breathe.
