MEN OF MOVEMENT: EMBODIED RANGE A Bi-Weekly Practice Space for Men | Boulder, CO You're not broken. You're just living at a fraction of who you actually are. Most of us were handed a narrow script about what it means to be a man… Strong but not soft, certain but never lost. Somewhere in following that script, we lost access to the rest of ourselves. Embodied Range is where you get it back. Through movement, emotional exploration, and the rare experience of being truly witnessed by other men, this is a space to rediscover your full range. The strength AND the tenderness, the warrior AND the one who knows how to laugh at himself. WHAT TO EXPECT — 2.5 Hours (switching it up this week to see how it feels): 🔥 Movement Practice (30 min) — We open in the body with a different modality each week: meditation, martial arts flows, ecstatic dance, breathwork, grounding practices. This is Not about fitness. It is about surfacing what's alive in you. 🌊 Themed Exploration (45 min) — rooted in real work with real life. Themes will rotate monthly: becoming more present, letting go, relationships & intimacy, work & purpose, shadow integration, grief & loss, joy & celebration, conflict & boundaries. 👁 Witnessing & Release Rounds (45 min) —Individual, partner and group work. You practice being fully seen without being fixed, judged, or advised. And you learn to hold that space for someone else. Rarer and more powerful than it sounds. 🌿 Debrief, Integration & Close (30 min) — We land together. Share what moved. Leave with something you can actually use. This month's theme: Embodying Presence Most of us are everywhere except here. This week we will come back to explore different edges of being present with a more specific focus on our destroyer energy within conflict and how we meet life. You don't need to be emotional, flexible, coordinated, or certain about any of this. Just show up. We meet you exactly where you are.
