Microdosing Truffle Tea Ceremony with Handpan Sound Journey Amsterdam

Our signature ceremony is coming back to Amsterdam in Autumn. You are invited for a Micro-dose (Magic Truffle/Mushroom) Tea Ceremony and Handpan Sound Journey, on Saturday, October 4 from 11:30-14:00 CET. The event (in English) will happen in the cozy and private space of the iconic smart shop Kokopelli, at the beautiful heart of Amsterdam overlooking the canal water. We wish to collectively step into the restorative autumn season with embodied insights and integration support throughout this special ceremony. Tea Ceremony + Microdose + Sound Journey = a synergetic combination that deepens the experience in a powerful way. We will start from a mindful Tea Ceremony to take the medicine (1-2 gram of truffle) as an ancient ritual to gradually open up the sacred space and connect within yourselves, followed by a gentle and relaxing lay-down sound journey by Musician/DJ Leela, with handpan and various live instruments to dive in deeper into the body and effect of this powerful healing medicine that has been guiding us and our ancestors for thousands of years. ꩜ For this Tea Ceremony (‘Cha Tao’ 茶道, to experience Tao/The Way of Nature within yourselves, through this portal of nature - plant - tea), your host Leila will present specially selected high-quality tea to balance the taste and infuse the gentle feminine energy to the fresh truffle, and to guide you through a zen meditation that cultivates mindful processes and a fluid flow in a harmonious atmosphere that connects us and opens up our taste, senses, health and heart. ꩜ Handpan and other instrumental tunes by musician/DJ Leela will create a peaceful yet grounding atmosphere throughout and after the ceremony, taking you on a deeper, meditative sound journey. For especially those who seek to slow down your busy life and to be more present in the moments, this ceremony will be a mindful way in a sacred space to set a relaxing and yet reflective tune. The intention of the event is not to guide you in a deep psychedelic trip but rather to micro-dose and enter the door way together. We will guide you through a mindful micro-dosing process in a safe and connected container to get a taste of how plant medicine feels like and to deep dive into the journey, together. More advice and tips will be shared for more mid/long-term micro-dosing journeys (e.g. a 6-week journey), or a private full-dose truffle journey. Aftercare and integration to daily life will be shared as well in a supportive community group environment.
