Midweek morning Ecstatic Zoom Dance

Mid week and a great way to start the day! Join Kelly Atkins for a guided movement warmup followed by a music playlist following the wave format. This is a mindful focused practice and a sacred space. Some join in for the exercise, the expression, as a spiritual experience, the play or to simply explore and see what it feels like....it is all held with respect and love. Join us thru zoom.
