Milonga hosted by Andres Amarilla and Karen Johnson plus Lesson

Andres Amarilla and Karen Johnson will host the milonga and teach a lesson. Andres was born and raised in Buenos Aires. He studied with and performed in the dance companies of three of the greatest tangueros of all time: Gustavo Naveira, Juan Carlos Copes, and Rodolfo Dinzel. Karen is a dual role dancer and co-founder of Philly Queer Tango. She has taught queer tango across the United States. Karen will also DJ the milonga. Her sets are primarily traditional, highly danceable Golden Age tandas, with thoughtful contemporary and alternative accents.
