Milonga Primera + Workshop (Tango, Music & Drinks) 👠✨

It's finally time for the first beginner milonga of 2026!✨ As always, we’ll warm you up with a special workshop - this time by our very own Gyuri who's eager to share more about his recent trip to Buenos Aires. Event Details: 💃🏼 Workshop by Gyuri Horváth: “Straight from Buenos Aires” 📍 Location: Katiha Tango Studio, Rákóczi út 20, 1072 🗓️ Date & Time: February 12th, 6:30 PM (Milonga at 7:30 PM) Are you new to tango and still haven’t found the courage to go to a milonga? Or maybe you’ve tried but felt unsure about floor navigation, tango vocabulary, or cabaceo skills? Milonga Primera is the perfect place to start social dancing in a friendly, casual environment! Whether you’ve been taking lessons for several months or just started, this evening will help you build confidence in your dancing and your understanding of milonga etiquette. We’ll kick off at 6:30 PM with an open-level workshop by Gyuri. After the workshop, join us for Milonga Primera from 7:30 to 9:30 PM. Our DJ will play two-song tandas so you can dance with as many partners as possible in a relaxed, beginner-friendly atmosphere. We encourage everyone to come with an open mind, treat fellow dancers kindly, and focus on enjoying the music and movement - no complicated etiquette rules required! What to Expect 💙 Workshop price: 4,500 Ft (or use your normal class pass) 💙 Milonga entrance: 2,000 Ft (already included in students’ monthly contribution) 💙 Drinks & snacks provided - feel free to bring something to share. 💙 Two-song tandas: dance two songs with one partner, then a cortina signals partner changes. 💙 Beginner-friendly: No partner necessary, just come ready to learn and have fun!
