Through a series of partnered and group practices you will learn to enhance and direct the flow of your own energy. Dance is a movement form that includes simple patterns. The magic happens through the connection between partners, both physical and energetic. We will delve into the harmonious integration of masculine and feminine energies, offering participants the opportunity to embrace and find balance between these two aspects. Experience in Tantra or Dance is not required, as this journey promises to be joyous and pleasurable for both dancers and non-dancers. Once we are floating and grounded in Tantric Presence, Natalia will teach us basic footwork and simple movement patterns of bachata, rumba, foxtrot, and tango to bring the magic to life and provide opportunities for participants to learn and improve their dancing skills. Afterwards, we will allow time for mingling and continued social dancing so you can play with what you've learned. After mingling and social dancing, Lourdes will guide us through a Tantric Heart Puja which is a sacred ceremony to connect with those of the opposite gender through various practices meant to establish deep connection and healing for all. Such as eye-gazing, heart and energy practices and deep honoring of each other.
