Mindful Movement Retreat

Join us for three days and three nights of mindfulness practice, meditation, yoga and dancing. Mindful Movement Retreat is happening on 18-20 August in Cebu, Philippines (check out on Monday 21 August for Satori pass) While a retreat is a perfect time to go within and effectively, retreat from the world, it can also be a time of deep connection with others who are on the same path. During our Mindful Movement Retreat, every person will have an opportunity to do just that: - have time for inner reflection if that is what is most needed; the grounds surrounding this retreat are perfect to loose yourself in the beauty of nature. You will be surrounded by hundreds of varieties of tropical plants, from wild fruits to awe-inspiring trees and luxuriant flowers. Those who crave connection will of course find this in the workshops that will be offered: from meditation to yoga, with of course mindful movement and dance, you will have a chance to have a meaningful and soulful connection not only to yourself but with others as well. Your facilitators are experienced in their respective fields, with hundreds of hours of teaching to hold a safe space for you. Teachers Praveen from Chennai, India, Kazane and Bekki from Cebu, Philippines, will be hosting you for a very unique retreat in the middle of nature.
