Thursday night at 8PM come to Club Rio for a free beginner salsa lesson from Joe Figueroa, one of the most sought after salsa/bachata instructors in the industry today. A professional dancer since his teens, Joe Figueroa has pushed the boundaries of the dance world with his exciting and innovative style of Latin Dance.
Joe began his career as a professional dancer for MTV Studios, and his unique style and talent quickly secured his reputation in New York City. Joe's extensive background in Freestyle, Pop and Hip Hop ultimately led him to work with legendary choreographer Jamie King, who has choreographed for an impressive array of stars including Britney Spears, Shakira and Madonna.
This is a low pressure night for you to come meet the visiting instuctors! There will be a demonstration for all 4 types of dances offered at the festival: Salsa, bachata, kizomba and cha cha at 9:00PM.
