Join us every 4th FRIDAY in a premier venue showcasing spacious dance floors, high ceilings, and a vintage vibe. If you are new to Blues/Fusion, come check it out for yourself to experience this improvisational partner dance without standardized patterns but with a very strong partner connection. The deep pulse in the music drives the movement. Connectedness is the focus rather than patterns or footwork. Micro fusion is what happens when we dance small—often with chest-to-chest connection, and often at a slow tempo. In this class we'll cover a brief history of micro, foundational technique, close embrace, and dancing micro to different genres of music. Come for a big breakdown of a tiny dance! Dress is casual Bring your own beer/wine. Liquor and other beverages above 16% alcohol content are strictly prohibited. Masks are encouraged but, not required.
