Montuno Monthly Party Night (B.Y.O Drinks)

Join us as we return to Warmley with the first Montuno Monthly Party Night since March 2020. Due to no bar for this event it is a Bring Your Own Drinks Alcohol is allowed.. Price on the Door £10 The event for our opening night will be a pure party, so no classes just 4 hours of dancing for an evening of great music and socialising. Music for this event will include, Salsa, ChaCha, Bachata and the odd Merengue. DJ's for the Evening: DJ Swift DJ James DJ Cedric About DJ Cedric Cedric has been dancing salsa for more than 12 years, teaching and DJing regularly in the South West and attending congresses and classes across the UK and beyond ever since. He loves listening to Latin music and can usually be found exploring the latest tunes as well as (re-)discovering hits from years gone by. He uses this understanding and appreciation to influence the musicality of his dancing. When DJing, he will blend a unique mix of tracks that he knows dancers love, whilst sprinkling in some lesser known music that he loves dancing to himself and can inspire everyone on the dancefloor. Due to the current COVID pandemic we feel it’s our social responsibility to help protect our dance community from contracting the illness. As a vaccinated person is still able to carry the virus, we would like to ask everyone to take a lateral flow test which are free from your local chemist, and a negative result is a pre-requisite to attend the event. The test is required to have been taken within the 24 hours leading up to the event. Once you have submitted and registered your result (instructions how to do so are in the packaging), you will receive a text confirming your negative result and this can be used as proof for entry. Masks are by personal choice, just be aware some people in the event may choose not to wear one, that is their choice.
