We are great believers in the power of embodied experiences, exploring the wisdom of being connected with the body, as well as accessing different states of consciousness. We understand the importance of getting out of our heads. Often when we can not see our own blocks, we can not implement change when stuck in our everyday routines. However, there are tools which we’d love to share with you to connect with our unique essence and unlock our innate genius.
