Movement Artisans - 3 week Winter Intensive January 2023

Kira Kirsch and Antoine Ragot invite you to their Movement Artisans "Winter Intensive" A 3 week journey, in the Lake studios residency in Berlin, January 9-28 This is an invitation to develop your dancing and movement skills with the Axis Syllabus, practice research, rest, restore with BMC® ,practice contact improvisation, enjoy the dark with a crackling fire and a steaming sauna, jam with live music, cook and exchange with dance partners... This will also be an opportunity to witness or participate in the current development of the Teacher & Researcher training track. Kira Kirsch and Antoine Ragot are curating the program and will be accompanied by a host of guest facilitators such as Nina Wehnert (BMC®), Cristina Crippa (Contact Improvisation) Diana Thielen (conference/lab), Jerôme d'Orso (Axis Syllabus) and Alex Zampini (music) Lake Studios offers a light filled studio, places to stay, a community kitchen to cook together, a lake and forest nearby all nestled into an old calm residential area on the periphery of buzzing Berlin. We have a limited number of housing possibilities: bedrooms with 2 beds each in the studio compound itself and in the surrounding area as well. 20 euros per night per person. There are plenty of shops, cafes and grocery stores in the immediate surroundings. It is possible to register for one week only. Priority will be given to registrations for 2 or 3 weeks.
